Physiotherapy & Podiatry
Collective Body Consult™.
What Is The Collective Body Consult™️?
The Collective Body Consult™ is our unique, innovative assessment model which combines both Physiotherapy and Podiatry together in the same initial appointment.
By utilising the experience and expertise of two health professionals in the one consultation, we are able to thoroughly discuss and assess your pain or concern in depth. Lauren and Luke can then identify the underlying cause of your pain or injury and develop a management plan specific to you and your concern.
Why A Joint Appointment?
From head to toe we are one connected, flowing system. Treating the body as a whole, not just the injury is why the CBC was developed. Physiotherapy and Podiatry regularly refer to each other externally. With Collective Body Consult, there is no need for a separate appointment at an alternate time and location. We provide both services at the same time, getting your rehab plan underway immediately.

How It Works
- We initially sit down together to discuss your concern and go through a thorough history. Quite often your injury, exercise and medical history is overlooked and many of the answers lay in what we discuss.
- Both the Physio and Podiatrist will go through their specific assessments both functional and passive. This will include but not limited to strength, range of motion, running/walking assessment and much more.
- From your history and assessment the Physio and Podiatry team will then confer on the appropriate diagnosis or refer for further diagnostic imaging if needed.
- A management plan will then be drawn up specific to your diagnosis and goals. This may be with the Physio or the Podiatrist depending on what we discover.
- You are then on your way to getting back doing what you love.
