Alice Waddell physio

Alice completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in Geelong before relocating to the Gold Coast for her Masters of Physiotherapy. After gaining experience at Monash Health in Melbourne, she returned to Geelong to follow her passion for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. Alice has extensive experience in both public hospital and private practice settings, specialising in Women’s and Pelvic Health.

She holds a Graduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne and has a particular interest in managing persistent pelvic pain. Alice currently works with the Kardinia Health Pelvic Pain and Endometriosis Clinic, where she applies a holistic approach to create personalised treatment plans based on each individual’s needs and goals.

In addition to her expertise in pelvic health, Alice is skilled in exercise rehabilitation, clinical Pilates, and dry needling.

Outside of work, Alice enjoys running with friends (often followed by a coffee), practicing yoga, and curling up with a good book.
