Hi, I’m Bec, and my journey is a testament to the twists and turns life can take, leading us to unexpected and beautiful destinations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, specializing in Exercise Physiology, I initially set out on the path to a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Melbourne Uni. However, life had a different plan for me when my daughter, Rose, entered the world, altering my trajectory in the most profound way.
My love for weightlifting runs deep, as does my passion for the transformative power of exercise on both physical and mental health. You’ll find me at the gym five days a week, soaking in the energy and pushing my limits. Yet, amidst the grind, I also prioritize precious moments outdoors with my husband and daughter, finding balance between dedication to fitness and cherished family time.
Fuelled by personal experiences and guided by introspection, I’ve embarked on a new chapter: pursuing a Master’s in Counseling. My aim is clear – to support women through their mental health struggles, guiding them towards positive and authentic life changes. Through every twist and turn, I’ve learned that resilience and growth go hand in hand, and I’m committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
