Aly Kiely

Women's Health Physiotherapist & Head Pilates Instructor

Aly graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2013 and have been busy travelling and working in private practice physiotherapy in Ireland, New Zealand and Australia. Her background is predominantly in MSK/Sports physiotherapy but in the past 3 years have developed a keen interest and experience in Women’s Health/pregnancy physiotherapy. Her aim is to guide and educate women to stay active and strong throughout their pregnancy as well as return to high level sports or activity post pregnancy or maintain an active lifestyle if suffering with a pelvic floor dysfunction.

When I’m not at work I enjoy most outdoor activities especially beach/bush walks with my dog, doing yoga/Pilates classes or watching a good TV series.
Aly is also our head Pilates Instructor at PhysioPod Flow.
