Ash O’Brien

Women's Health Physiotherapist

Ash grew up in Shepparton and studied Physiotherapy in Albury, at Charles Sturt University. Having strong ties to country towns saw her eventually settle in Ocean Grove.

Since graduating she has enjoyed working in rehabilitation and acute hospital settings. However, having had 2 children of her own, she has realized her passion for women’s health physiotherapy. Her first-hand experience with pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period drove her desire to help other women through this amazing life stage.

She has experience in the acute maternity setting and enjoys assisting women with their journey pre and post-birth. Her aim is to enable women to feel strong, confident, and safe through pregnancy, postpartum, and ongoing.

She keeps herself busy by getting to the beach with her family, dabbling in surfing, and playing netball for the Ocean Grove netball club.
